OMC is a Perth-based metallurgical consultancy providing a range of services to the mineral processing community. The consultancy was founded over 25 years ago and has become highly regarded within the industry with clientele spanning six continents.
Specialising in sizing crushers and grinding mills, OMC was instrumental in the wide acceptance of SAG milling to the Australian mining industry. Through database compilation of project experience and ore characterisation testwork results, in-house techniques have been developed to design comminution circuits from drill core samples. From an initial focus on milling applications, this expertise has expanded to all aspects of comminution and mineral processing.
